Goes 11-2 for three straight years and gives up on recruiting. Proceeds to have jokes of a team in 2014 and 2015. Causes mass decomitments with his 3 more years comment.
Thanks to all of this we have 68% underclassmen on our team and are currently getting destroyed by an overrated clemson team.
Mac Brown comes close with the same problem at Texas. Any others?

Did you forget that guys like Brad Scott, Derek Dooley, Joker Phillips, Ed Orgeron and John L Smith existed?

Simple regression back to the mean. You had to know 11 wins wasn't gonna be normal.

And LSU is back to normal
You can't sustain all that success there either

Bro............we had Mike Shula before Saban
He had "optional" offseason WOs and spent the last 3 weeks of his recruiting time in Tim Tebow's living room playing video games while everyone else knew he was a lock for UF

UGA feels your pain. We're at 64%
Edit: To answer your question I would say Larry Coker.

Spurrier gave USCe the best years in their history.
The man squeezed blood out of a turnip to provide what he did, and now, you disparage him when you should be thankful for that which he provided.
Welcome back to normalcy.

Just because he had three good years doesn't excuse the rest of his time here
