And that "incompetent AD" is 1000x the AD that LSU or any other school in the conference could ever dream of having

This is a myth actually. Spurrier was hired by the previous guy, he did hire Meyer but also Zook and Muschamps. Facilities are sub standard for SEC standards so he didn't do much there.

Florida is a good school without ridiculous entrance requirements. It also lies in a very fertile recruiting land. A lot of good athletes. I's a good situation, people make it sound like this clown turned Presbyterian into a perennial athletic power house.

I'm glad Florida posters not guaranteeing a win means that LSU is going to beat the shite out of UF.

That theory worked out so well when LSU was guaranteeing a win against Alabama and didn't score a single point at home in your Super Bowl

Florida's stance the whole time was that the game could be played Saturday at noon.

It turned out, the game could have been played Saturday at noon.

The SEC is the reason the game didn't get played as scheduled

This is not true, or at least it was never stated on any credible source. Game should have been scheduled for Sunday, even Monday. Had things been really bad with the storm you call it off Saturday early. Not ideal, but the best given the circumstances.

More than 30 national championships across all sports in his 25 years here and winning the SEC All Sports trophy every year he was here proves that Foleys greatness is not a myth- it's far from it.

Wrong, in so many ways. All things considered, the compromise that was ultimately reached was appropriate.

This is true. But the problem was that the SEC would not allow the game to be pushed back once Thursday rolled around. It sycks and it's not ideal but it's how it worked out.

I agree, I have no problem with the compromise that was reached. why is it LSUcks fans continue to whine about it?

They better enjoy seeing UF Saturday in BR because they wont be back until 2019.

I think so too. I would've been more pissed if the game was moved to Baton Rogue then we had to play in BR again next year

Terrieble if that's what happended. Still it dragged that long because Florida did not handle it well earlier; so it goes back to Florida's AD.

Still like I said before, Alleva in the aftermath did not handle it all that well either. So no one really comes out smelling like roses here.
