Agreed. I think the Iron Bowl will be a war. Last night's game was good for UA in that it made them play the full 60mins. Something they have only had to do a cpl other times this season.

I can't wait!!! It will be the most physical game played all year in CFB.

Did you guys ever hear about Pettway's injury? I'm hoping it wasn't anything serious. I was thinking maybe he pulled a quad.

They count on the score board just like any other TD. They don't put an asterik next to the score do they?

Aubrun stands no chance against bama lol just because you guys beat a Les Miles team doesn't mean you are close to what LSU and Bama are at the moment not close. LSU would destroy auburn if we played next week. Everyone will see once the year is over, Les Miles screwed LSU.

That fat, lazy arse is fifth in the NFL in rushing since he's been in the league. I really don't understand the divide between his production and the public perception of him.

Seriously? He was near the top of the league in rushing yards before the surgery.

What an idiot. LSU had 125 yds of offense and out up a big fat goose egg. You guys could play them for 10 years and not score as many points as Arky and OM did.

The AU - LSU game would be a 3-5 pt game today, same as it was in Sept.

Moral Victory University
Louisiana Delusional University

Auburn's giving up 17.3 points per conference game... bama's giving up 17.2.

Auburn has actually given up 3 fewer touchdowns than Alabama through six sec games.

Credit to lowspark for the info above.

If your defense was that awesome you would have kept LSU from getting 220 yards rushing. And you played them at your home before Coach O took over. They got 33 on us in Tiger Stadium. 33 miserable yards on 27 carries, in their damn house!!

Why does everyone get their hopes up when they go against Bama?

I'd pretty much be like: Well, maybe there'll be a miracle.

But it's all Bama, all the time.

Didn't you guys just have a miracle by avoiding Vanderbilt in overtime?

Because Auburn is Bama's kryptonite. Modern history shows that if Auburn fields a decent team, Bama doesn't beat them. If it's a close game, Auburn usually pulls it off (with the anomaly being 2009). Why the hell is this year suddenly different?

I just went through the defensive stats and Bama is ranked higher than Auburn in every defensive stat that I found. As a unit Bama's defense has scored 9 td's this season. Does anybody really doubt who the best defense is?

The defensive TDs are obviously a big differentiator.
