And the rejection rate to failed physicals would probably be in the 90% range.

I have no problem with women serving. My grandma, my mom, and my wife are all veterans.
That said, I only support them serving in roles where the standards aren't artificially lowered to account for physical limitations. If they can pass the same standard as male counterparts, go for it. If not, don't jeopardize troops' lives to make a progressive statement.
TL; DR -- apply this thinking with common sense and we're golden.
That said, if I'm ever blessed with a daughter I'm selfishly steering her away from military service.

I have no problem with it. I have found generally women tend to be decent shooters with a little practice.

Umm... I don't get it. We haven't had a draft since I was too young to join, and I'm an old codger.
And even if we DO start up a draft again (highly unlikely) that doesn't mean women will be infantrymen... infantrypersons? There are plenty of roles in the military for women.
