I'd dare say that cell phones cause (or would cause) 1000 times more wrecks. Also, much more harm has been done to society by making it illegal.

Agree with th cell phones...stoners are still going to smoke if it passes or not. They will just do it cheaper if it isn't passed

I've been hit twice this year by someone on their phone in my vehicle. Once last year by someone on their phone while crossing the street. Cell phones are definitely a problem.
