Ok, Buddy. The stat you posted doesn't exist, so I can't check it.

We are 11th in the nation at converting on 3rd down.
Our running game is as strong as ever. Clearly you haven't watched our offense this year.
And Jalen has shown that can pass the ball very well. Will he do that against LSU? We'll see.
And of course he can throw a twenty yard out, and on the money.
Here is a good example of him passing on a dime:

I love reading this nonsense.

I like it when we are running the ball effectively. I hate it when we are running the ball effectively, then we throw 3 straight downs.

Let's see if Teague responds

Touché
I saw that link several times last week, but interpreted a bit differently. However, if those stats were accurate, they aren't anymore. I'd also contribute a lot of his long completions to WRs being so open that they stood still to catch the pass.

I don't know why y'all insist he's a good passer.
He may be eventually, but he's made very few good passes downfield, especially on vertical routes.

According to that article, he is 35% at 20+ yards

I'm with you Teague. As always it seems.
I just don't have the patience to argue with everyone about it. I think he'll get there but he isn't there yet.

If you go by the last two games this season, I'd agree that he isn't a great passer.
But I try not to judge one's performance based on 2 out of 8 games, especially considering first year starters have the propensity to have mid-season lulls. We've seen it with most of the QBs we have had since Saban has been at Alabama.
He has shown he is a good passer in the majority of our games this year, so logic tells me that he is a good passer.

It says that two of those in completions were blatant dropped passes, so I they calculated those as would-be completions. so take it how you will.

And for the record, I love the kid. I think he has the ability to be a good passer. Or I hope he does. People say it's his timing, and maybe it is. Other times I worry that he just can't throw where he wants.

This is what I'm saying, and Teague thanks for not bitching out like some posters do.

Nah, I know people probably think I'm just stirring shite about Hurts. His passing just bothers me. I'm afraid it will cost us a game. And I was looking forward to seeing Ridley, Stewart, Foster, Deiter, etc. torch some defenses this year.

You have no idea what you're talking about. Alabama converts a 3rd down nearly 50% of the time (good for 11th in the nation). Damien Harris and Joshua Jacobs have been a big reason for why Alabama's rushing attack is so dangerous. They're both averaging 8.1 and 7 yards per carry also, and have a combined 1078 yards on the ground together.
