Is it me or does it seem like UGA has a reputation for being soft?

Mark Richt's teams weren't soft. They may have had that reputation among some fools, perpetuated by Georgia haters at the AJC and a few sore loser tech and Auburn fans who constantly troll UGA message boards. But it was also willingly accepted by a bunch of soft headed Georgia fans who never will understand how good Richt was, even when we fall far short of his success for the next decade. They'll continue to find excuses for why Kirby Smart's poor performance is Mark Richt's fault up until the day Smart is fired, and that's textbook denial of reality.

It's poor form to speak of yourself in the third person, Mr. Richt.

Saban raised expectations for every coach in this conference, and Richt didn't meet the new expectations.

They were also blown off the line of scrimmage against Alabama, Tennessee and Florida last year.
