Better question is will Ole Miss stop protecting freeze from the NCAA if he keeps losing.

LSU sucks so much arse that any coach of a top 25 team that loses to them should be immediately fired.

And I think that has more to do with the defensive struggles than anything outside attrition and injuries they've suffered.

This. The D was just on the field too long vs Arkansas. Which is why Arkansas has CHF's number. They control the ball and yeah we can score in 17 seconds. But that doesnt help the D. Sumlin and Gus have both adapted CHF needs to now.

He'll be on the hot seat when he gets a 2 year show cause.

Hell no. Freeze is one of the best coaches in the country. Now, the NCAA may suspend him for awhile.

I doubt he gets on the hot seat. They want to enjoy this run for as long as possible before any sanctions kick in. Then they will move on.

Hire a young up and coming coach for cheap while Freeze sits out. Put those millions in the player's opportunity fund

He is Trump-safe. Translation: he could shoot someone in the Square and wouldn't get arrested, nor lose the OM job.

Who would fire their coach just for losing to a better team?

No?

A lot of teams are going to lose to LSU this year. It's just a fact of life for the rest of the west.
