Yall sure you want a do over with Bama. I doubt we hold back anything in game 2
Posted on 10/17/16 at 7:29 am to Ericvol2096
Lose by 39 at home to Bama equates to lose by 55 in SECCG. Not sure you want that.

Whatever it is. Hope we win out and LSU takes care of the Gates. Dump ut back in Atlanta for round 2 of

If we don't get some players back, and start playing with some urgency, this season could be a disaster.

Tennessee wins out, wins the east.
Bama beats them in the SEC championship by another 39.

UT is obviously better than all their remaining opponents. But any of them are capable of giving you a game

Exactly, they haven't blown anyone out this year.
Posted on 10/17/16 at 7:36 am to Ericvol2096
Tennessee is upset in 1 game over that 4 game stretch.

There is zero excuse for VOLS to lose any game remaining on the schedule, injuries or not.
Plus by December, VOLS should have everyone back except JRM and Kahlil McKenzie.

I know Tennessee is hurting right now, but I would be shocked if they lose to any of these teams right now. South Carolina, Kentucky, and Missouri suck against the run. Dobbs and Kamara will score at will against those teams, and of those teams, only Kentucky will come even close to scaring them on offense.
Vanderbilt might be the only team with a chance, unless the Vols completely implode.
There might be some ugly games, but UT will be 10-2. Anything less would be shockingly disappointing.

Georgia is a poorly coached football team. I would be sick to my stomach if UF somehow loses that game. South Carolina stands no chance in the swamp. So the question is how does UF fair against the B team in the SEC West on the road? Of the two teams, I think they match up better with Arkansas, but I'm not sure if this is a road warrior type team. They seem soft to me.
I think 3-1 is a fair assessment. 8-2 heading into a winnable FSU game. Won't be good enough to win the east, most likely, but a fine season all things considered.

Based on Saturday's performance, we could lose 2 more games very easily. We used the same playbook against you as well did against Appalachian State. That playbook needs to be thrown the frick out, it doesn't work.
I'm just glad we have a bye this week.

Going to score a TD against the Noles this year?

TN should win out but I saw a defeated team and a defeated coach, even before the first snap. Its like a&m beat the fight out of them. I think TN drops 1 that absolutely shouldn't.

That should be a "practice for ATL" schedule for UT. If Jones can't have The VOLs ready, and give bama a better game then his seat needs to be pretty. Warm going into next year.
I wonder if Hart will give him an extension of his buyout before he retires based on this year...

Well...since UT beat Florida by 10...you probably don't either.

Tennessee will win out. Florida has at least two losses on the schedule. I'd be shocked if we win out.

Lord, I hope not.
Look at South Carolina, for example, the TN-SC games over the past 5 years have been very close. With SC starving for a win and being competitive in most of their games this year, and with the game in Columbia, it could happen.
Nothing is a guarantee in the horrible SEC East.
