Do the players mail it in for the rest of the season?

Teams have given up on coaches before to just go through the motions on the field. We have certainly had that at A&M once or twice.

Will they feel so loyal to Les that they just cat bring themselves to give a rip about making his departure look like the spark they needed?

I'll hang up and listen.

Possibly. Most of the staff is still intact though and I think Orgeron can get them fired up.

I have no doubt the defense is going to still play well. No idea what to expect out of the offense.

Fournette's "handlers" will tell him to shut it down.

I feel like the players love him and we're ready for him to go at the same time. Why else carry him off the field last year?

They didn't at USC for Orgeron, so I'm hoping for the same reaction from the players.

They have mailed it in vs Arkansas every year because "it's not a rivalry"

Probably. Fournette is just trying to make it to April without getting hurt any worse.

they will rally imho

there are still big problems on the team so this isn't a run prediction

They won't.

It was an emotional day for them, the way miles and Orgeron handled it together turned it into positive emotion. I think you see a new fire, at least until more adversity later in the season. That's when we will find out what O is made of.

I think they'll play better. No pressure, just play.

When Mizzou scores 30+ on the LSU defense, do they say "frick it" and fire Aranda? I think it's best for LSU to just shut the program down for the remainder of the season.
