FWIW, it appears that the female cop panicked when he reached into his car and shot him prematurely (he had already been tazered, according to one of the other officers). IF that's the case (she panicked), she should face charges, imho.
Some questions I want answered:
Why was he refusing to follow instructions of 4 people with guns drawn on him?
Why were 4 cruisers and a police helicopter necessary for a "stalled vehicle"?
Was he reaching into the car, and if so, WHY THE frick WOULD HE DO THAT with 4 guns drawn on him?

This is just a hunch and I'm not being sarcastic but I'll bet him being pissed probably had something to do with 4 cops taking aim at him for being broke down on the side of the road. The man was tazed without committing a freaking crime except the crime he committed when he was born apparently. I mean damn the list of things you can't do if black seems to grow by the day.....first there was the accidental shooting of Castilla, then the accidental shooting of the black guy with the autistic kids, now this. But meanwhile (most) white Amerikans have a problem with public figures brining attention to it via taking a knee. Its mind boggling really. An white man can go to another country and commit a crime vandalizing a business and then lying about it and he comes one and gets put on dancing with the stars and we keep hearing white privilege is a figment of our imagination lol. Well first I'm not pissed about Kap taking a knee. He can do what he wants. I think his message is stupid though. He's making it a race issue when it's not a race issue and frankly I don't think he even really cares. Just does it for attention and because his gf is a BLM activist.
Second, it's right to be quiet about the Tulsa shooting right now because you really can't judge the situation without making a lot of assumptions.

Its very possible the officer may be charged. It has jack shite to do with trash on these football teams shitting on the flag, veterans and 9/11 victims. Wanna impress me? Tell me how many blacks were killed in inner city violence the same day this happened. Explain how blm's position of wanting the destruction of the nuclear family and kids raised in a village type atmosphere is going to make things better.

Ok, did you read question #2 or are you just wanting to be angry at someone because they're white? I may not be white, btw, I just assume that you assume that I am.
Why did they need 4 cruisers and a helicopter for a stalled vehicle? I've had a car break down while I was driving 70 mph, I've had multiple cars break down while I was driving, and never once did my vehicle end up in that position, in the middle of the road.
How does a stalled vehicle escalate into guns drawn, THAT'S WHAT I WANT TO KNOW, can you answer that?

If you paid attention to the situation, he didn't flat out lie. He embellished. But that's off subject anyway.
So you're saying a black man has never committed a crime and still prospered afterwards? Ray Lewis killed a guy (much more serious than vandalism). He remained in the NFL and now has a broadcasting gig. He's probably not the only one either. He's just off the top of my head.
