WTF. They don't regret it? We would have won that fricking game. It was a fricking awful game plan.
It's not like he had any say so anyways.

Lashlee is a giant douche, he's gone anyway after this season.

No way Briles will ever coach at Auburn. Book it.

No more experiments until next spring game.

No more JJ either, he set the tone for the season last year and he derailed the offense vs. Clemson.

Gus already admitted it didn't work. No need for anyone else to say anymore. Shoulda woulda coulda. Team doesn't need to look back and question, just forward.
As far as Briles is concerned, on the surface I don't think there's any way AU hires him. However, he and Gus are friends AND the fact Alabama is becoming Second Chance U for college coaches, and people are crediting Saban it might help warm our admin to allowing this to happen. Probably not though. If they did, I'd imagine it would be in an off-field analyst role to start.

No way it'd happen. There's a difference between hiring a douche who failed as a head coach and hiring someone who turned a blind eye to rape for the sake of winning football games. I'm far from a Creed-thumper but that would be several steps too far.

Wasted thoughts. Art already started his apology tour, he will have a HC job next season. The dude can coach, someone will hire him. My guess is Kansas.

Don't forget Bama hired a douche who was a failed head coach AND an alcoholic former head coach.

I am still butthurt in how they absolutely blew that game that we should have won.

He should have said "does it fricking matter what could have been?!?"
Let it go unless they do another bonehead game. And I agree it was no guarantee we would win, but it would not have been a clusterfrick that hurt fan support.
