It's like they decided that they wanted to out-Aggy A&M (blowing a 17 point second half lead then winning in overtime, while A&M only blew a 15 point lead)

I couldn't watch. my hatred for both is too much. I wanted both of them to lose. I would have found myself rooting for both teams and been disgusted with myself.

Both those teams are better than every team in the SEC except Alabama.

You may not like it , but it's true!

It was a helluva game ... and SEC fans should always appreciated good college football games.

We do.

If you find yourself making a thread and putting"not the sec" as the entire subject, maybe you should reconsider which board

Yep, poor defense. Just because a lot of points are scored doesn't mean a team is great.

Texas has some holes on defense but that offense is physical and tremendously skilled. I like their tailbacks a lot.

That Texas / ND game will be on the short list for best games of the entire year.

No you are just being a homer.

Better QBs - you cannot deny this
Better speed on the outside - again
Both LoS are as good as.

Notre Dame and Texas are not Baylor , or Oregon, or who ever you don't respect . They recruit top talent.

Strong completely stripped Texas and has rebuilt it from the ground up.

Yep. Strong's players obviously like him and want to win for him.

That's going to be a big deal in terms of Texas' long term outlook.

Yeah it was. Best thing about this game is I can now go back to hating Notre Dame.

The Texas freshman QB looks like the real deal, despite the one INT. His long passes were money. I'm not sold on ND's defense, though. We'll see how it plays out. Texas is definitely improved but remember they were 5-7 last year, and they still play 6 of those 7.
