If you're having a "cold" you might be experiencing an allergy instead. Wet summer has made it very strong this year.

I've never had allergies before, but I've been having some trouble lately. I thought it might be due to moving to a different part of the country, but I think it's the ragweed. The "allergy forecast" here has been really high on ragweed pollen.

Ragweed season stays active until the 1st hard freeze - or so I have read. Unfortunately, that can be December here in south GA. The peak of it seems to have come and gone here, though. Thank goodness for the meds we have now. When I was a kid in the 70s we had Benadryl only...snore. If your allergies are mild honey from your immediate locale may help.

It's always ridiculously high here in the Ohio Valley this time of year. I was doing ok until this morning when I woke up with a ton of sinus pressure and runny nose.

Gonna load up on the Zyrtec and nasal spray.

It's harvest here so ragweed doesn't have shite on the dust being stirred up.

No joke, the honey thing is a big help.

I've been taking a couple of tablespoons every day since I started feeling allergy symptoms and everything cleared up noticeably.
