Bear witness.

No.
There is great doubt. It amazing what wins in your Super Bowl with A&M and the 127th ranked rushing defense of Texas Tech does for the confidence of the average Corny Dog.
You clowns are a broken record.

There absolutely no doubt that they will dominate in Sept and October. November they will get their shite pushed in.

They still have the same problems. The teams they can line up and out talent they will win. When they play the 4 or 5 games with teams that can match their talent they will struggle, especially on offense. Teams will load the box. LF7 will hit some big runs but teams make Harris get 3rd and 5 on a regular basis with his arm. He hasn't shown he can consistarly do that to string drives together to win games. Sure he will hit a play action bomb here and there but 3rd and medium in the 4th quarter of a close game hasn't been his strong suit and has been the Achilles heel for LSU the last couple of years. Until he proves otherwise I'm gong to believe they will be a 8-9 win team unless Harris has made drastic steps and I just don't see it.

The off season coach search?

Most of what you said is the only meaningful stuff in this thread, but you're too negative on Harris. It's repeatedly been said (not that idiots like cajunbama process such things) that Harris's numbers dropped when he was injured, but he still had average numbers for his experience level. He may not show any improvement, but if he shows normal progression there's no reason to assume this team won't be better than last year's.

You are closer to a clown than a Cajun

texag7, through his predictability and succinctness, could be called witty. cajunbama seems to just revel in being an idiot.

If I had a dollar for everytime you typed my name I would have several hundred dollars.

I will be in doubt until I watch at least a few games. New defense scheme and the obvious question at qb improvements generate my concerns.

If I had a dollar for every LSU thread you've jumped in to say LSU sucks I could buy your football stadium and blow it up.

Defense isn't the problem. Go look at your point totals from last year in your loses.

No argument with the exception that at least in my opinion it has fallen from what it used to be.

I get you're trying to come across as smart, but I am genuinely interested in how you associate "predictability" with "wittiness".

There will be little doubt if:
O and D lines improve technique and gap control
The LB's can play smash mouth with 240 pound backs
The lines add size and strength
The o line can be more assignment oriented. Too many LB's are left unblocked and Fournette finds no running lane at the LOS.
QB can take his eyes off the rush and focus downfield. Too many times he was watching the rush and deciding to move around throwing off the timing of his receivers
routes. In his defense the o line didn't block very well and was horrific at picking up stunts, weak side blitzes and safety blitzes. Saban and Bielema are gonna dial up about 35 to 40 different D looks and schemes from a 2 man front with 5 backers at the line of scrimmage to double blitzes off the weak edge. LSU looked clueless playing these defenses.
They were not good at any of these things last year. These pretty much apply to any team but to win a championship you HAVE to get the basic fundamentals down.
If all of these have been corrected and Fournette can dictate the game running downhill then yes. If these are still issues they will be Texas Bowl bound.

I can only hope we get to see Phyllis on video of her losing her mind over the loss to LSU and others. Witnessing her loss of self control and vocal pitch is priceless.
