reserved for asking the board if we'd rather NOT name a starter until a few regular season games and let it play out on the field kind of like Saban has done recently?
That's what I'd like to do.

Auburn's defense in the LSU game when LF gets the ball for the first time.

I don't think there is any need to publicly name a starter before the Clemson game. Why not use the perceived QB issue as a weapon and make them prepare for all three. If we can't even decide what kind of offense we will run, how can they game plan?

What time is practice today? I'm trying to not completely get into FALL FAP FORM (f3 - jf3, coincidence?) just yet, but I need a tasty morsel to snack on.

I can't wait to see all of the exciting videos of quarterbacks going through the motions, offensive linemen blocking nobody, Rhett Lashlee acting like he's important and stretching!
WOOOOOOOO!
WOOOOOOOO!

I love the drills where the OL takes like 3 steps front or back and shuffles. Invigorating stuff.
When will JF3 be announced the starter?

Same. It just isn't the same with those cut off Daisy Duke shorts we used in 2012.

Too true. Reese's thighs in those things still give me wet thoughts....

i agree.
Even without the advantage of not knowing what offense to prepare for, I would just rather see the QBs battle it out under the lights when it matters. We were already burned by a practice all american last year.
I just don't want Gus to make a "final" decision on the QB and then have JF3 shite the bed when it matters only to yank him early in the game.

Using multiple QB's in a game has not worked very well and I believe that is what we will get. JF3 will have some packages and either JJ or SW will do the rest.
I personally hate that method. QB's need rhythm. No way to get it when you are on the bench
