Exactly and that's what we tell prospective recruit's parents now.

Mullen sending a strong message IMO

That women aren't welcome in Starkville?

That he really can't afford to get fired.

Honestly I think the punishment is harsh but fair.

Haven't we learned recently that it isn't a good idea to put a football program above the safety and welfare of students? This guy is a danger to the students on campus, and Mullen should receive all the scrutiny he gets for letting him on campus.

Do you think a recruit is going to give a frick? Mullen's messages to recruit about OM's investigation will be a lot more impactful.

Glad he's getting counseling.

We'll probably take him on a mission trip as well, and that should fix everything.

I understand how this looks and would be mad if I wasn't a State fan but honestly, I don't care. I don't go to games because I like watch young men with high morals and great personalities play, I like winning and a 5* makes winning a lot easier. frick it.

Aren't the harshly worded tweets Jeffy has to read punishment enough?

Let me ask you this. If he wasn't a star football recruit, do you think that he would still be able to attend MSU? Hell no. They would rule him a danger to the student population and he would not be admitted.

That is exactly what I'm talking about. Putting the football program above student safety.

I mean, it took Baylor like 5 years and a handfull of incidents for it to fall apart. State is going to at least give it a go, I mean why the hell not. Worst thing that happens is they go back to post Jackie Sherrill misery.

When you put it like that pank....you're right. It seems unfair he would be punished at all.
