Its actually #14 according to Perfect Game, and 4 of those guys are in the top 100. If all four are drafted, and go pro, what is left? Its not all about getting the big names in college baseball recruiting, and when you do, you have to make damn great relationships with the prospects so they will waiver when they are drafted high.

Usually teams know whether or not a player is sign able. They negotiate deals before the draft is set. I got a buddy who's kid is being negotiated for the 5th round this year if he's willing to sign at 450k. He turned it down. He is currently committed to Arkansas. That was an offer from the Yankees who also told him to expect another offer and the Dodgers are also making offers. If those 4 in the Top 100 do get drafted it's probably because they are more than likely willing to sign.
