If it would be guaranteed that Najee Harris signs with Bama, I'd be ok with Bama losing Akers. Robinson is home grown, and I think that's a big plus because at worse Bama will sign 1.
Unfortunately, it will be a fight for Harris, so holding onto Akers is just as much of a priority...

Akers is the #1 back on UA's board. You can take that to the bank. Whether we get him or not is another story. Would love to have them both though. It's looks like Harris is playing a bunch of private school kids. Akers plays in the highest class in Mississippi and can do what Harris does unless people are blind. On top of that he can throw!

have you watched najee harris tape? He could be the best running back coming out of high school since adrian peterson. Much better tape then gurley, fournette, henry etc was in high school.

Watched him plenty of times. Heck of a player but just saying IMO Akers is more of a polished runner. Oh and that was my 1st post but remember what I said here...lol

Good thing you have a future playing baseball cause you aren't gonna make it as an NFL scout... Harris is a very explosive player though.
