Let's be kinda real here. You guys are saying he should come sit behind guice for a year as opposed to having at least a chance to start at FSU year one? Patrick is not as integral to that offense as Cam or Laborne would be. He just can't do what they do. FSU has an Offensive coordinator who happens to be the coach who is locked in until 2024. We are talking about arguably the #1 player in America are we not? He chose elsewhere. Let it go! Sheesh

The fact is that you guys(not all) clearly talk down on that kid and everyone across the southeast sees it. Doesn't matter where I'm from. I also never said Hill didn't have a better game because he did. Who wants to address the fact that he got some yards because of the attention to Akers? They both are great but I believe in giving credit where credit is due. I even saw a comment somewhere from a State fan that said Hill would be a better prospect because of his build. lololol. I hope both of them excel but it's crazy to see people in MS do that kid like that. :spank:

All I see is you Mississippi State folks talk negatively about a kid in your state because he didn't pick you. Let's be real. You people are salty and it shows. Fact of the matter is Akers is and always has been the top dawg there. Everyone knows it except a lot of State fans. Hill is nowhere near comparable and for you to put stock into an all star game is ridiculous. Heck, I wanted Akers here at Capstone but he's not coming. Trust me I've seen them both and I know who's the top dawg in MS. Every analyst and every school must be wrong huh? Quit making your fan base look bad.

From what I saw Kyle Hill got yardage because of the attention given to Akers not to mention Akers put out some good blocks for Hill. On the first scoring drive Akers drove the ball down the field and the coaches took him out only to let hill score. I saw some great runs from Cam but I saw a few he could've cut up. Nothing to worry about with him though. He is gonna be great.

I just did a little research with my buddy. He says that Starkville did not have a 2nd string in at no point in that game and it got out of hand at the end. Looking at the box score that you put up it looks like Clinton didn't really get going until the 3rd qtr. So you're saying that Starkville had their 2nd team in in the 3rd of a tight game? Gtfoh!I was told that that game was tight until Ackers threw an interception. Besides, you still aren't addressing what I said, which was he destroyed their run defense. He had over 100 yards in the 1st half. Again, he had tremendous success against a great defense.So you are trying to discredit what the kid did? Do these guys look like 2nd stringers to you? Watched him plenty of times. Heck of a player but just saying IMO Akers is more of a polished runner. Oh and that was my 1st post but remember what I said here...lol
