OU President David Boren puts Texas/Big12 on notice.

In summary, Boren acknowledged that turning down the SEC in 2011 was a massive mistake, and he plainly stated that the Longhorn Network needed to be turned into a Big 12 Network, the Big 12 must expand, and they need a conference championship. He then goes on to state that if these issues are not addressed Oklahoma will look elsewhere.
Calling it now, in 5 years Oklahoma will be in the SEC. Boren basically just said the words "Frick Texas."

This is exactly why the old Big 12 fell apart. We were tired of bullshite from Texas and the Big 12 commissioner is a fricking moron.

He's just posturing. Oklahoma and OSU and Texas are an inseparable 3. It's why they aren't in the SEC already.

Why? So we can split the exact same amount an additional 2 ways? The tv deal will not go up in near the fashion it did when texas and Missouri were added to the footprint. Are we a charity? Do we all take pay cuts to help the Oklahoma schools?

Agree but Nebraska would have been included in that group before they bolted. This is second and final warning for Texas and Big 12
