You're really hoping this affects the game outcome.
I'm not hoping, it does have an affect on the game. A guy who plays almost 20 minutes a game will likely sit out, and at a position you can ill afford to lose players at going against a team that draws a lot of fouls on bigs.

Kennedy just announced a two game suspension, the two games will be Missouri Jan. 23rd and MSU Feb. 24th.

Per athletics department policy, a student-athlete who is arrested is suspended immediately pending a meeting with the Athletics Director.

Where did you see that? I'm not finding it anywhere.

New AD. All existing policies are rescinded pending review

Probably not. It's all a conspiracy against Texas A&M.

So he just needs to talk to the new AD. Trocha will show him how he can drain 3s and he'll be slapped on the wrist with the suspension lifted.

Honestly, I think what will happen is exactly what I said earlier.
They are waiting on the blood test, which won't come back in time for the LSU game. He'll play and if comes back with alcohol, he's be suspended after that.

Gave a blood sample, he's screwed, but not until results come back form the state lab, which could take a while depending on their capacity and current sample volume.

Could his sample be under the legal limit? I know I am reaching.
Vegas doesn't seem to care. A&M is a 9 point favorite.

It's possible, but not likely. If someone of his athletic ability and coordination couldn't pass the field sobriety tests, the chances are good he was over .08.

Insecure LSU posters care much more than vegas.

Like I said earlier, we've had a dwi once this season already. The blood test came back 0.0.
Our cops are ridiculously racist.
