Alabama's offense next year could be insane

Ridley, Howard, Stewart, and Foster outside? Scarborough at RB? Kiffin back?
It depends on QB play, but as long as it's at least average we should have a very explosive offense, possibly the best receiving corps we've ever had.

If Scarbrough is as good as advertised and the OL is more consistent the offense should be humming, but we'll see. If Barnett starts and is as good as the hype, well then...

Not an Alabama fan, but I'm excited to see Scarborough. He's huge lol. It's going to be interesting to see how he runs. I've never seen him play, he could be a stud though

Harris, LF7, Guice, Williams, Dupre, Dural, 6'6 Stephen Sullivan coming in, our offense will be the best in the SEC

Who is your center? That backup you used in the TAMU game was awful. What year is he? And Ridley is insanely good. He can bail out even a bad QB - get it within 3 feet of him and he'll find a way to catch it.

Not with Les Miles running the show it won't be.

There's potential, but it's hard for there to not be a dropoff at RB (though Scarbrough is probably good.) Again average QB play should be enough to keep them a contender.

Top half of the league in PPG, and 3 teams that did better are losing most of their production.
Whatever floats your boat

Imho, it will depend more on the offensive line. We'll get a functional QB. We always do. But what we need is a road grading OL that can also pass block without committing penalties. If we get that the rest will take care of itself.

Howard is still likely to leave early. Supposed to announce early next week.

Their performance vs Ole Miss, Arkansas, and Alabama is more indicative of how inept they actually are. But you hold on to those stats, bud.

J.C. Hassenauer, will be a junior next year; rated the #1 center in the nation in the class of 2014 by 247 and scout. He'll have to step up.

That will never be the case while LEs Miles and Cam Cameron coach at LSU

LF7 will be protecting his draft status.
Not that I'd blame him.

The best benefit Alabama has is the defense.
A few big plays each game is probably enough offensively to win most games.
I have watched Alabama a good bit this year and the mo seems to be pretty consistent.
Alabama stops the other team's offense early and begins winning the field position battle. The other team's offense continues to struggle getting first downs, further putting the defense in the hole. Alabama scores point and the other team's offense gets more desperate leading to interceptions or even faster three and outs.
By the fourth quarter, Alabama rolls over the tired defense.
I am not taking anything away from the Alabama offense, but it starts with the Alabama defense for sure.

Nailed it. Our running game might fall off more than expected because of the OL, not Henry's replacement.
Our next QB had better be able to get rid of the ball quicker, or our offense might be the opposite of "insane".
