No advanced analysis on his scariness?

He repeatedly raped my friends in all white uniforms for 60 minutes? It was unfit for television and almost made me a sad panda.

Numerically, I believe he was something like 29/30 on HOLY SHITE WHAT THE FVCK WHY IS THIS HAPPENING AGAIN I HATE GREAT QBS WHO CAN RUN FVCK ME type plays in that game.

We never spied. We did start rushing 5 and 6 by the 4th quarter but it didn't help

People have been comparing his performance to Vince Young. It also reminded me of Mike Vick against Florida State back in the 2000 championship game. Before that game, people were skeptical that Vick could do much against an FSU defense full of first round talent. Instead, he rallied Virginia Tech from a 28-7 deficit by making some insane scramble plays and throws.

Watson's throwing ability and maturity could be on a different level, though. I'll enjoy watching him for years to come.

We spied with Rashaan Evans a few times late in the game.

... he's definitely a player.

Taterheads said the same thing about Connor Shaw every year.

These things, with those kind of players, come and go in cycles.

We're all looking for the next Watson, or Connor Shaw. They are rare players because not only do they have talent, but they have heart and guts.

Bro, you are a good man, and Connor Shaw was a very good college player, but please do not compare Connor Shaw and DeShaun Watson again.

Jesus Christ scrooster. Deshaun Watson is as good as Cam Newton. Connor Shaw is not in this conversation

My thought as the game was progressing was that it felt like the Oklahoma game vs. Bama. A quarterback who was throwing indefensible balls and scrambling around and defense getting a lot of pressure. It felt exactly like that Sugar Bowl loss for Bama.

That Bama stayed in there and did not falter really speaks to how much better Bama's mentality was this year.

Also, I did not think the game plan was very good from either Lane or Kirby. Lane can't seem to find a flow in these bigger games for some reason and I didn't understand why Kirby was so aggressive rushing Deshaun on 3rd and long.

And then follow it up with losses to Georgia Southern and Auburn to ensure things go as they always go.

I thought Lane's gameplan was spectacular. Our line was getting beat on the right side by their guys giving Henry no room to maneuver, but we didn't totally abandon it and eventually Lane found gaps with Howard against their pressure stuff.

I was looking for the "j/k" but never found it.

Now if he said Stephen Garcia I, as an Alabama fan, would be forced to agree considering Garcia's 2010 performance against us.

I feel like the way we broke it down before the game was fairly accurate. I knew Howard held the key to a Bama victory. Didn't realize he'd drive a wrecking ball into the east wall of our defense.

I agree. I think I underestimated Watson (and quite frankly I already held him in pretty frickin high regard) and underestimated our offense (mostly Howard/Kiffin and a few clutch throws from Coker). And then of course special teams.

Either way, it was an amazing game and Clemson has an amazing program. Dabo has that thing going the right way.
