If LSU gets blown out tonight, do they pull a 180 on Miles?

And let him go tomorrow?

I understand the AD gave Miles his fair vote of confidence, but a blowout loss to Texas Tech could change his mind?

Maybe? Thoughts?

I was wondering that too. If Auburn gets blown out do they fire Gus?

If AU and LSU both get blown out they just trade coaches.

Don't worry, it's not going to happen. Texas Tech will put up points but they will not stop Fournette.

Hope it does not matter. Hope the tigers crush TT!

We probably lose to Memphis, but it changes little. Next year is make or break for Malzahn no matter how we do in the bowl.

I was wondering which SEC fan base would have the most ferocious melt if they lose their bowl game. I guess it might depend on the nature of the loss.

LSU has no money. So no they won't fire Les. Because they simply can't.

AU will give Gustav another year regardless of outcome.

Can anyone give an example of a coach being fired due to bowl game performance?

LSU can barely afford to keep the lights on. Les isn't going anywhere

Who do you hire at this point? I think firing Les is a mistake.

No, LSU went after 1 coach, that was the only coach they were going to replace miles with. PResident stepped in and stopped all of it because of "money" (really just makes the university look bad).

Miles has next year to prove his worth, if he doesnt his buyout is down to only 4 million and a move will be made.
