If Muschamp leaves..is T-Rob a viable option?

I hear that T-Rob is being interviewed for DC job at Maryland.
Does anyone know if T-Rob is viable and experienced enough to take over as AUburn DC?
I know he is a great recruiter, and many of the current commits are from him. The continuity of the D and how it works under Muschamp would still be there..recruiting would be somewhat stablizied.
Just a thought...

Isn't he likely to follow Muschamp and be the SC DC?

It's been mentioned a number of times on this board.
Yes it's a viable option. Will it happen? Nobody knows.

He would follow Muschamp to USCe not UGA or Bama.

He's saying Muschamp to SCe to be HC and TRob would be DC.

Shut up. I'm working here. I can't read everything. I was wrong. I'm sorry. Forgive me? I hate you. You make me sick. I love you.

Muschamp is taking an official interview at USCe today. It is likely he gets the job. He will take T-Rob and a buncha recruits with him.
Next year AU will go 3-9 and have a 2012 type season. Gus will be all but fired by mid-season.
We will be starting over, boyz. Get ready.

I sure hope so, if nothing other than continuity.

We got unlucky with these unexpected SEC jobs opening up. Before the year nobody really thought there would be a job open up, then all the sudden there are 3 good ones. I only see Muschamp leaving for an SEC job or a very select ACCBig 12 job. If we can make it through this circuit of coaching changes, I feel confident we could hold him for a 3rd year because I don't envision an SEC job being available next year.

I live in SC and the fans here are very nervous they are going to get him. I think in general they don't want him. Most would prefer to take a shot with the OU OC.
I believe if we loose CWM it will be a difficult short term blow to Auburn and I don't see a good answer for CGM. However, my number one concern for him when I heard he was hired was his ability to put together a quality staff. So far each hire has been quality to this point so I will give him the benefit of the doubt.
Ron Sanders on 247 hinted that coaches don't see him as a good program manager today. RS normally starts leaking dirt out prior to a problem becoming evident, so that concerns me as well.
