It is pretty much a lock for him to go in the 2nd round or better, so what are the odds he goes in the first?

He'll be lucky to go in the third.

No there's no reason to take any RB in the first round in this NFL. Not Henry, Fournette or even Adrian Peterson. This is a different game

I could see him going late first for sure. He has breakaway speed, and size and durability obviously aren't an issue.

He's a 2nd rounder imo.

Trent ruined first round RBs. Derrick has won the Heisman.

Do the Cowboys have a second round pick? Right now I'll say he goes there. Even though Gurley has been a beast, teams are probably still not crazy about the idea of drafting an RB in the 1st round. I could see him going in the later parts of the first round, but who knows?

I think 1st is possible.

Its more of a value of the position thing, but i think the NFL is looking to get some semblance of balance back, and you will see some really talented RBs go in mid-late first.

Henry is a quintessential 2nd round back

The Heisman will not have an impact on his draft position. Probably a second rounder, but you never know. Its hard to justify taking backs really high when so many good ones are picked later than the first round.

No, he's a 4th round pick at best.

What would the Heisman have to do with it? The NFL doesn't care about the Heisman.

If I were running an NFL team I wouldn't even consider a RB in the first unless it was around picks 28-32. Only exception is if I'm 100% convinced he's going to be a superstar and the only guys I've personally seen at that level are Peterson and Gurley (ignoring the injury).

Most teams that have a clear need at RB are drafting far too highly to even consider one there. Outside of a team trading up to get him late in the first his ceiling is early second round.

I think there will be a ton of NFL teams looking for a talented LB like Henry

He deserves the Heisman which puts him a late first round pick or top 2nd round. Depends on a teams needs at draft time.

His slow first step will make someone wish they'd of passed. He will fail mightily at the next level. Good for college program back though
