You guys need to be wary of these insiders. These very same people were all over the fricking map with our OC hire before Shotty was named. I'm not saying some of the information shared doesn't have some truth to it but I highly doubt anything is official at this point.

Still have a feeling we end up with something completely out of left field.

I think a lot of this has to do with increased rumors of Saban leaving. Logic dictates that if he goes and Kirby comes here, everyone over there is just going to follow Kirby here seeing as we're already primed as Bama Jr at this point.

This. They'll post any information regardless of validity right now to get people to subscribe. Like I said earlier, they rarely turn out to be right in these situations.

It does make me wonder what Saban's endgame is, if he's all right with Kirby cherrypicking the Bama staff. Makes one wonder if he's considering hanging it up at the end of the season, especially if they win the CFP.

How hysterical would that be if Bama wins it all on Jan. 11, and then says he's retiring 4 weeks before NSD and once all the high profile targets are off the board, settled into their new CFB gigs? Tuscaloser would go thermonuclear.
