Can't blame him for wanting to give it a shot while he still can..I wish he would stick around and see if he can continue to work back toward 100% health.
Either way, I wish this guy the best. He is a great player and a good kid for the program. Hard to not to wonder what could have been for him. fricking Neyland turf.

Marshall, a redshirt junior, approached coach Mark Richt a few weeks ago to make final a decision he has mulled for awhile now. So Marshall will participate in Senior Day ceremonies before Saturday’s game against Georgia Southern.
“He just wants to move on and take his shot at the NFL,” Richt said on Tuesday, pointing out that Marshall is due to graduate.

One of my favorite dudes on this team, deserves a huge ovation Saturday night
I also think he runs wild against Tech with his brother on the other sideline

He will probably have a modestly successful NFL stint. It is my belief he has been totally sandbagging it these last few games at UGA and that's why he hasn't played. DGD regardless and I don't blame him if that's what he is doing.

Hope he gets an opportunity in the NFL. No question he has talent if he can get healthy

Wish he didn't have to waste his last year at UGA with a non-existent QB and an idiot at OC.
Deserved better. Totally could see him be the next Terrell Davis and totally blow up in the NFL.

Probably a good decision. Best of luck to him

Not sure if he'll get drafted or not, but hopefully the Falcons take a run at him late or in FA

Highly doubtful
Maybe if he lights it up in the combine

Hopefully, he avoids having anything to do with the Falcons.

I can't see that because he doesn't have Davis's power, but I could see him finding a Giovani Bernard or Shane Vereen type role somewhere where he can use his perimeter speed and receiving ability to make an impact. I would love to see him land in New England because I feel like they could maximize his skills to best fit their offense better than anyone else.

A real DGD. He will be missed.

Definitely has that potential if his speed is back close to 100%
He is a guy who once ran a 10.2 in the 100m

I meant in that Davis was constantly in Goff's dog house and was hampered by hamstring problems. Obviously Keith wasn't in anyone's dog house that we know of, but injuries completely derailed his career. Could see him blowing up at the next level with a fresh start and fresh legs.

I wish him luck. Only downside to him to me was his inability to break tackles. Seem like he would go down easy if touch even a little bit at times.

I'm not sure I agree, and obviously I want all of our former players to have nothing but success in the NFL.
He just doesnt' really seem to have a place in the NFL. As a RB he isnt' all that powerful and between the tackles isn't his strong suit. He relies on getting in space and being faster than everyone, but in the NFL that is going to be seriously negated. He has very good hands, but can he be a slot receiver? Potentailly, although he's never really been asked to do that so who knows. My fear is that he will go in the very late roudns or be an UDFA and get picked up, maybe make 3rd string with someone as a RB but never even see the field during the season.
I hope I'm wrong though of course.
