Florida is a more prominent job to me - stronger conference, longer history & true flagship of the state
FSU is an easier job to win at and get a potential playoff spot

I've never been to a more electric atmosphere than that Ole Miss-Florida game a few weeks back. If I were one of those recruits, it would be tough to say no to Florida after that. Meanwhile at FSU, it doesn't matter if you say no or not.

despite UF being the flagship, they are stuck in the East. The East of the SEC is like being going out with the girl who has the great personality. Never as hot as the girls she hangs out with in the cafeteria. She's maybe a 5 or 6. Her friends are 9s and 10s. Hands down, FSU is the better job. Easier ticket to the big dance, as others on here have noted.

Florida is naturally a better program with better resources. On paper, its a better job but I think FSU is an easier job. If the money were in the same ballpark, I'd take the FSU job.
