It's not just about the X's and O's man. The coach of LSU is way more than that. In a sense he has more power than the governor.
You have to not just be a coach, but a politician, a power broker.
You are the highest paid state employee in Louisiana.
Sheppard is awesome, he's a bright young talent with a promising future.
He's not ready to be the coach at a job like LSU.
He'd be over his skis from jump street.
He hasn't recruited, has no network, nothing.
Yall are straight tripping.
You have to not just be a coach, but a politician, a power broker.
