Ok who should we play, don't tell me Kyler. Kyler is nowhere near ready to play.

I would rather lose every game the rest of the year with Kyler than win them with Kyle. That will insure that Kyler is "ready to play" next year.

What, are you drunk? Come on WBS, Kyler is going to be a good QB in 2017, he needs to get bigger and learn the game at college speed. Just because he was all world against his high school competition doesn't make him college ready. Allen played over his head last year and this year he's back to earth, he's a good QB who had a rough game and you're ready to toss him aside for an unproven commodity. Jeeze I thought I was a pessimist.

Wow.

It is unfair in the extreme to blame Kyle Allen for the "three pick-6s." Blame him for the interceptions. He clearly deserves it on two of them, though could argue with some justification that the third was not remotely his fault. But the "six" element is not all on him. The interception returns were ridiculous. I think the Lady Aggie volleyball team would have done a better job pursuing and tackling than our offensive squad.

Anyway, one QB had a very bad game -- 50% completions (20/40) and 3 interceptions (15% of his attempts were intercepted). He got hurt and played through the injury. He fouled up, but he kept trying.

The other QB also had a bad game -- 50% completions (2/4) and 1 interception (25% of his attempts were intercepted). After throwing the interception, he stood in the backfield shaking his head, rather than attempting to cover the interception return. In other words, he fouled up, and he quit playing.

Based upon one game only, I take the first QB every time.

No one should lose his spot over a single bad game against one of the best teams in football.

Dude I hope you are still drunk because that is retarded.

I think Allen was clearly pressing, but he still made some plays. The offense has fallen completely on the QBs shoulders this year. You think Murray is ready for that kind of pressure? He has played worse than Allen.

We have a pretty good shot at a 10 win season with KA at QB.

I have no dog in this fight but that is a horrible way of looking at it. Take Anthony Jennings and Brandon Harris for example. We all knew the future going forward was obviously Brandon Harris but we knew he wasn't ready last year. The coach is going to give yall the best possible chance to win and if thinks it's Kyle Allen I don't see what else you could do but trust in that and know he's putting yall in the best position to win. Our coaches know our players better than us no matter how plugged in we all are.
Eta: did not know you were joking... it just reminded me so much of the BH AJ arguments on the rant.
