Back up quarterback leads them to national championship after losing to mediocre opponent early in season

No, more likely this year's South Carolina. Top 10 preseason team, exposed early, finishing unranked and praying for a bowl game.

If you take away the talent and good coaching then sure.

Are you seriously comparing this LSU team to last year's Virginia Tech team? Just shut up and delete your post

Did you see that defense. If they ever seen LF again they would jump off a cliff.

Yes. In fact at the end of the game I though to myself, wow no way auburn loses another game this year.

Reverse trolling by the OP. Well done.

Have you ever made a post that wasn't insanely stupid? I know you haven't been here long, but man your posts are awful.

More like 2008 Auburn. Started in top 10 but finished with more Ls than Ws. Ended up firing their coach just a few seasons after an SEC championsip Campaign.

comparison & similarities ends here...

Yep. That's what I got from the 411 rushing yards allowed last game. Change that QB and they will probably win the Natty.

Can't believe I missed the subtle troll in the OP.

I think that was pretty much the consensus not only among the people at the game, but also those of us watching on TV and certainly the posters on this board. I don't think anyone is going to be surprised when they run the table. It'll be 2013 all over again, except this time they win when they get there.

I didn't miss the subtle troll...it's not every week that you can talk about 400+ yards rushing though.
Especially with a team that is so pass-oriented . But if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
