Not looking good four Auburn

CFN:
What’s Going To Happen?

Auburn is better than it looked over the first two games, but LSU is going to put on a show. The offense will hum early, but the defense will have to hold on late as the AU Tiger ground game starts to find a bit of a groove. The LSU pressure in the backfield on Johnson will be the difference.

Prediction: LSU 26, Auburn 20, Line: LSU -7.5, o/u: 49.5

Rant Sports:

The Tigers came into the season with title aspirations but have fallen off many people’s radar after struggling more than they should in the first two weeks. Is Death Valley the spot where Auburn gets back on track or where their hopes of a spot in the College Football Playoff get put to rest?

Prediction: LSU 31, Auburn 17

PowerRank:

3. Auburn at LSU.
LSU (8) will beat Auburn (25) by 7.2 at home. Auburn has a 30% chance of beating LSU.

Oddshark:

Smart pick

Auburn destroyed LSU last year 41-7, so the Bayou Bengals might have revenge on their minds Saturday. The previous time LSU lost to Auburn was back in 2010; LSU won the next meeting 45-10. The smart money here resides with the home team, minus the points.

Meh. You over looked a team. While you might lose to LSU they won't be over looked

If LSU gets a big lead early,

it's going to be a close game.

This is not an automatic win for LSU. I see this as a 1pt win with LSU having a similar situation as it did against Moo State........Auburn will have a chance to either tie or win it late.

That's not the outcome I want either; but it's do or die for Auburn Sat (so to speak) and they will bring their A game (no pun intended)!

We played Troy after alabama in 08, oops.

Anyways, this game will be competitive. LSU has played down many a time to shite teams only to play up to upper echelon teams. No reason Auburn wouldn't be motivated to do the same. Hell, LSU hasn't even proven themselves to be an upper echelon team this year.

Watching replays of the Auburn game made me sad for my auburn buddies. Basically a 17 yd punt bent the nail in the coffin for Jak State. Auburn will pay dearly at LSU.
