The National Quilt Museum is nearby in Paducah, KY. So probably.

That's over 4 hours away from Neosho, Mo. Neosho is in the southwest corner of the state. Less than 20 miles southeast from Joplin. Joplin is less than five miles from Kansas and Oklahoma.
