Arkansas wants to win the SEC and NC.
Tennessee just wants to beat Florida.

They would consider it to be a great year if they could just beat UGA.
Tennessee has been "on the rise", in August, every year since Lane Kiffen was the HC.
All the HCs had recruited well, according to the websites.

better than being "on the rise" since the 60's
(and never getting there).

Based on play coming off last season, Arkansas is a no brainier. Dobbs will throw picks and cost TN close games.

Kiffins class ended up having 3-4 actual contiributors. The rest were kicked off the team or left the program. Dooley never got higher than 5th in the SEC. He went 5th, 6th, then 8th. A lot of his players transferred out as well.

And?
All had highly ranked classes with highly ranked players according to the same websites just like Botch.
All were said to be "on the rise" every August just like this year.
Face it Tennessee you're done, its over.

I think Tennessee will be much improved but I'm not sold on Dobbs. He played well against S Carolina and Kentucky but neither team could tackle. Part of that is due to Dobbs' athleticism but part is due to them having awful tackling technique.
Worley was a great passer in spite of having defenders in his face every play. If the O-line isn't significantly better then Dobbs will have to make a lot of plays with his feet again. And I question whether he can make those parts against the better defenses and stay healthy throughout the season.

I have to go with Arkansas as well. I have no good reasons, just a belly full of cheap wine.
