Oklahoma won't break your season, but could definitely give yall a lot of momentum going into sec play. When was the last time yall won a big OOC regular season game?

I'd mock you but... yes, you are right.

OU beating the Vols and then having a good year would be a feather in their cap. The Sooners are a marque program that just hasn't quite got it done recently and a win against the Vols would help them out a lot.

Florida has been woeful of late but they still own the Vols. Beat Tennessee and they can show they are further along in rebuilding the program to be where they want to be then folks think.

For that matter if Arkansas can go on the road and whip an improved Tennessee team it would mean a lot to them.

The Vols are a big fat juicy pinata going into this season. Everyone wants to take a whack at them.

I agree! These two games play a huge role in shutting you orange fricks up.

Both teams will receive praise on tRant for putting you away for one more season.

Phat Phil, can we do a ban bet for the UT-UF game? I'm so sick of your posts I'm willing to e-murder you for the good of the community or commit e-suicide so my eyes won't have to see the shite you post anymore.

Well if you have a loss to UT on your schedule, you're not making the playoffs

Of course it's important , the vols haven't beat very many good teams lately . So if UF loses the Vols then the season will likely be very bad.

I agree. For UF to return to being the team we expect to be, we cant take a step back. Losing to UT or Kentucky, Vandy, UG would be a step back. It is critical that the improvement take place early under a new coaching staff. That means beating the teams that you have been beating and then winning some big games that haven't been winning lately like Ole Miss, LSU, USC, Missouri, or FSu.
