He's only leaning due to Bert's gravitational pull. Did I do that right?

The biggest problem with Ar-Kansas is that the qb is mediocre at best. And believe me we know what shitty qb play looks like.

Everyone is leaning slightly towards Arkansas.

Bert's girth tilts the planet.

Hard to argue with a 4-to-1 touchdown-to-interception ratio.

He's not going to carry them, but LSU and Bama have both won titles recently with quarterbacks in that mold. Allen fits what they're trying to do offensively.

If LSU can get a season from Harris like Allen had last year, look out.

This year is gonna be so much fun. I love that almost all the teams in the west have been mentioned as at least a dark horse. Auburn and bama picked by the media. Arkansas is getting picks. I think the computer system they use on ESPN picked LSU or had them second. State has the best QB and the Aggies finally have a good defensive coach. Throw in ole miss with maybe the best defense and who knows what team will be in Atlanta. Sure some are more favored then others but it is realistic for any of the seven to be there and that is awesome. The east is similar minus Vandy and Kentucky even though the wildcats will most likely beat somebody good. This should be the funniest year in a while. I love it when there is no favorite and every game is a toss up.

A lot less impressive when you realize 8 of his TDs came against Nicholls St, UAB, and NIU.

10 to 5 ratio in conference games looks just right for mediocre.

Well I watched him the last few seasons and he isn't what is holding the passing game back anymore. He is probably as good as McElroy was for Bama imo. Not having any go-to WR limited BA more than anything.

Arkansas wins the West... with the magic horseshoe up our behind that Auburn had not that long ago. I think we are still building depth and it will take us until midseason to get our defense where it needs to be.

Am I saying we are awful this year? Hell no. We have a brutal conference schedule though and I think that takes its toll on Arkansas as the season goes on.

Barring the magic horseshoe of course. If we don't get hit by the injury bug I think Arkansas finishes in the middle of the West even with our "Frick You" schedule.

The west is going to be brutal again this year, hard to pick a winner.

We are in a peak year, but that doesn't mean other teams won't be too.

This may be as big a toos up year we've had in a while.

The worst team in the west may be one of the best teams in the country, that's kinda tough.i'll tell ya...

Well...... He was 100% correct on that call when he made the call.

How did he or Miles know that West Virginia was going to lose to Pitt, Missouri was going to get blown away, and LSU was going to leap frog 5 other teams to get into the BCS National Championship game.

If West Virginia doesn't do the impossible and lose to a horrible Pitt team, then LSU would not have had Miles for the last 7 years.
