It would be last years offense and the 1998 defense.

It's almost splitting hairs, both were so good. I looked back at the numbers and the 03 defense was top 10 nationally in most statistical categories so I'd probably give the nod to them.

Our offense in 03 lost our top WR, top RB, ALL 5 olinemen, and starting TE yet the defense still carried us to 11 wins. That's mind blowing.

I think our 2008 offense and last years defense combined could have made it to the playoffs.

Landmass combo: State's 2014 offense and Ole Miss' 2014 defense.

Performance wise 2004 is obvious, but I'd almost be tempted to go with the 2003 defense. All the main contributors in 2004 plus Karlos Dansby, Dontarrious Thomas, and Reggie Torbor. Just grab Muschamp from 06 to coach them.

Has Texas A$M ever had a defense?

Boom would probably try and deck SOS and tell him to "run the dang ball" before getting beaten down.

2007 LSU offense and 2003 defense. Could also use the 2011 defense but the 2003 defense was slightly better in my opinion.

Every SEC team can go back home now.
Only possible improvement would be the '88 defense, but they're just outside of the 25-year window.
