I'll admit it's great having our new, little brother (a&m) in the conference. As for Mizzou, we won't play you guys regularly enough for it to matter much to me. thou.

We should just let Rutgers in next. Yankees need other Yankees like a puppy needs another puppy to be happy

Then you want Rutgers in because you are lonely??? More Yankees in the great state of Florida than Texas, Georgia, Missouri, and Tennessee combined !!!!

Check your history ...Kentucky and Missouri both have statrs on the rebel flag even though they did not secede. They sent reps o the CSA Congress.

Wait, what?!!! Are you saying Missouri owns a star on the Confederate flag? How is that possible? Why on Earth would the CSA allow a northern state to be represented on the southern Star-and-Bars?

Is Missouri southern?

Happy to have both with you. Looking forward to making the trip to Mizzou when we play there. There were other teams on the short list but I believe they (SEC) got it right.

Also, I hope we don't go to 16 teams. I like it as is. Only complaint is that it takes too long to play everyone in the east but I don't want to give up the Florida matchup every year either. So I just deal with it.

I'm very happy with both additions. Especially Mizzou. I've always really liked/respected them as an institution. I do A&M as well but I've always liked Mizzou. If I go back and get my masters then they are at the top of my list. All the people I talked to over there were very helpful and nice. Just an incredible university all around

I've been waiting for someone to go down that road. Well played.

Are you implying that was my master plan all along?

How dare you imply such a thing...

I looked at Mizzou, Syracuse, Florida and Columbia. Columbia is more of a pipe dream though

Agreed. Texas A&M legitimizes the SEC.

Was all for them joining the first time around, because I hated Texas so much and felt sorry for little brother being Texas little bitch.

Now that they're here, and see how they act, I'm not so sure.

Syracuse is tGOAT. I'm applying to Newhouse right now.

A buddy of mine went to Columbia. No idea how he got in, dude is a dunce.

Never considered Mizzou (I know it's the best or whatever, but I'm from Charleston, SC so I have a thing about being landlocked)

Is Florida's J-school that good?

Only Texas, Kansas, & idiotic SEC fans would disagree.

Yeah Syracuse is awesome but incredibly competitive. They have connections with ESPN so that's a huge draw as well. Florida's J-school from what I've read and been told is better than most. Not Mizzou level or anything but it's still pretty good

It's good for print. Arizona State is the best broadcast school IMO.
