LSU Prez needs a muzzle from here on out. He said way too much, cried wolf too many times. JMHO

It's unfortunate that he had to say it like this. I think he's just trying to make sure that the 11% of LSU's total budget given to LSU by the state does not drop in the next administration.
Blowing it out of proportion and describing it as on 'life support' is totally inaccurate. He's just grandstanding and lobbying to ensure future state budgets include what they have always had for LSU.

I don't think you understand a thing about budgets or the Louisiana tax code.

Say, compared to Texas.
