That subsidy isn't from the gov. or school. That is from student fees in the form of a $53 Athletic fee charged for each semester so $106 a year collected from the approx 31,000 students on the UGA campus in Athens...

I know this, what I was saying is if you get the money from the students directly (via the subsidy) or indirectly (via all or part of the 300 dollars) you are still getting the money from the kids and not the donors or corporations.
