UGA is being a little overrated this offseason. They have a tough schedule, and they'll likely Georgia a key game away.
Mizzou has had a rough offseason, and with other questions on the team already, the hits are likely to much to overcome.
Florida isn't close.
USC will be improved but not enough to win the division.
Kentucky...nah
Vandy...hell nah
UT has the best players at the two most important spots on the field. QB and DL. They have some issues, but IMO they are good enough in other areas to overcome them.
Prepare thy anus, tRant. A storm is brewing.

I'm glad people are realizing this early. If you all beg for mercy, we will apply lube during the season.

-UGA is definitely overrated if they have crap play from the qb position, otherwise they could be great.
-Mizzou will be a contender as long as Pinkel is around, by far the best coach in the EAST.
-USC will be worse, could have a losing season. No qb experience, and no Mike Davis. Not to mention a very average class.
-Kentucky 5-7
-Vandy 4-12
-UT-key games at home, so its definitely possible.
-Florida is a wild card, they still have UGA's and Tennessee's number

You Tennessee fans are ruining the board.

I know they have been down a few years, but you would think Tennessee had the same history as Vanderbilt the way the tards here express such disbelief about them ever becoming good again

I'm not gonna surrender ever. Mizzou just took a hit with the injury to Brantley. We'll pick ourselves up off the ground and grind.
UGA is the favorite on paper. Until I can see that the almighty Butch can really coach, nah. Look at his record against rated teams. It's something like 1-16 lifetime.

Yes, because the landscape of college football has drastically changed in past 15 years. Has it not?
Historically you had your Alabama, Nebraska, USC, Oklhahoma, Tennessee, Penn State, Michigan and a few others that could hand pick their recruits nationally. That has changed dramatically with the growth of college football. Schools near the talent pools are ever improving, and there is far more parity now than ever.

But yet, Tennessee is getting top 5 classes 2 years in a row. Also the amount of talent coming out of Tennessee has sky rocketed over the past 5/6 years due to the population explosion in middle Tennessee. And there's just gonna be more and more of it. This is good for UT because it's not all in Memphis anymore. It's in the mid state where UT will get mostly who it wants.
Compare how many 4/5 stars Nebraska has produced over the past 2 years to what Tennessee has produced, then get back with me.

Of the off-season.
UF is closer this year than last and we beat UT.
We have them their chance last year and will now wait another 10 years.

I won’t argue the DL, because it’s pretty damn impressive, but QB? 9 td’s, 6 int’s in 6 games?
