People who leave their shopping carts in a handicap parking spot. Lazy cocksuckers. I guess they think people who use a walker or a wheelchair will want to hop in one for a joy ride around the parking lot.

When I was a kid, getting your arse beat publically and immediately was normal and expected if you did something that embarrassed your parents.
Nowadays you do that, somebody will call DFCS and/or cops. Gotta wait til you get home to whup the little darlings.
