Considering Chik-Fil-a is probably the most profitable fast food chain in the world I don't get how you think their advertising is a failure.
Also, after the whole boycott Chik-Fil-a worked out so well for the boycotters I guess you're a little miffed.

As I am person that likes to deal with facts and not conspiracy or assumption, I thought to look to the Chick-Fil-A website for some data.
Because Chick-Fil-A is a privately held company, I couldn't find any annual report data detailing exactly how much money they spend in their advertising budget to gauge what their ROI might be. However, I did find some FAQs about the cow marketing campaign and the history. They explain why they chose Holstein cows, for example.

What in your mind constitutes a failure by Chick-Fil-A?

I really dont care what their beliefs or adds involve. Their food is good, their service is unmatched in the fast food industry, their restaurants are usually spotless and they are fast as shite.
