SEC & ACC teams were 4-0 today and will be favored to make it 8-0 tomorrow. Only question is if it will be 5-3 or an even split!

SEC/ACC were always going to get 6 in..8 would be very impressive.

Florida state is acc dude. It's looking like they might have a loss.

The ACC has not won a CWS since WF did it in 1951 .... the year before I was born.
I personally would think being associated with the ACC in anything is not good save the four or five yearly football/baseball rivalries SC/CU, UGA/Ga Tech, UF/FSU, KY/LOU, Vandy and whomever it is they play every year, Wake maybe?
The CWS has been SEC/PAC dominated for awhile now. The ACC has not been a factor for the most part.

Florida State lost to an SEC team, so SEC or ACC still won all four.

ACC hasn't won CWS since 1950's, but to say their teams haven't been a factor is just stupid. Miami hasn't won it as an ACC member, but has a number of championships and a proud baseball history. Clemson has been to Omaha numerous times and right at the doorstep of getting to the championship game twice only to be knocked out by USC. FSU, UVa, and UNC have all advanced to the championship game only to be runner-ups. GT has kind of disappeared the last couple of years, but they were a baseball power for years.
No, the ACC hasn't won it in a long time. But they have had a number of teams that have done quite well once they get to Omaha. They just simply can't seem to win the last game.

It's a SEC thing...we love beating some ACC a$$. We know you're new, but you'll catch on. Plus, they give us better competition than the Little XII-2 ever did.

Bump. Latest projections have 12 of 16 Regional hosts from the two conferences.
D1Baseball Bracket
Supers could feature 8 ACC/SEC matchups, including SC-Clemson, FL-FSU, Ole Miss-UVA and LSU-Miami among others!
