Econ/French double major. Pretty satisfied overall, sometimes wish I'd gone for aeronautical engineering like I wanted to as a kid. I'm doing pretty good, though.
Econ gives you lots of opportunities in: finance, banking, political arena, law, HR. Hell, I am a PM for an IT team, so unless you sent to be an engineer or doctor the possibilities are close to limitless. I'd say it's the most flexible degree one could have.

Communications, graphic design and advertising emphasis. No regrets. Easiest way out of college with minimal math classes. I've been told by a lot of hiring people that communications is a good catch all degree that doesn't hurt on an application. It's fine arts, but with some business emphasis.
I work in Networking now and if anything I do a good job on the sales side from it and I credit that to my degree.

Biology major, chemistry minor
I knew I wanted to go to medical school and I started out in biomedical engineering but after a year I realized I just did not have the passion to make the effort in engineering worth it. I switched to biology my sophomore year and it provided me a great foundation that led to success in the classroom years of med school.
You need to have a plan for the degree you seek. A biology degree in and of itself isn't very useful in general unless you want to teach or use it as a launch pad for something more.

Civil Engineering. I just kind of wish I specialized a little bit more in Traffic/Transportation Engineering.

Was on campus the other day and heard that accounting graduates of OM are getting a 99% job assurance rate right out of school. Blew my mind

Yeah It's pretty crazy also they are currently ranked at #4 in the nation in Accounting schools

Math / minor art history
Pros: teaches problem solving skills, provides a solid base for a wide variety of real world skill sets.
Cons: pure mathematical positions require graduate degrees, more difficult coursework compared with most other majors
Would definitely do again, would probably try to find a specific field of choice and double major or get an addition minor such as business/ computer science or some other applicable subject.
No problem finding a job however I dont use a single specific mathematical technique I learned in college. The problem solving ability I learned is invaluable. I easily picked up the upper level financial analysis skill set necessary for my current job in large part due to the problem solving ability I learned in school.

Finance major. Rotten luck with it thus far.
IMO you should study something that teaches a specific skill and not broad information. Accounting, engineering, computer science, anything medical.

Out of those three choose PT if you feel confident that you are going to continue to work hard and be able to get into PT school. Idk how many people I know that planned on going to pt school but fricked around all through college and couldn't get accepted by anybody.

I'm leaning that way. Parents are PT's and sister is going for that right now at State so I'd definitely have some help back home. Have always been great with history/english so figured Law would be a good fit but the demand for lawyers is dwindling greatly

Keep in ,ind there are no prereqs for law school. You can literally major in anything and go directly into law.
