Auburn leads 17-8 when not playing away games at Legion Field against Bama. +11

I doubt bama would lead the all time series at all without their 54 years of home field advantage.

LOL at the young uns that forget that AU played home games at Legion Field also. And could have played more if they wanted to even out the "home field advantage" Bama had. You know, that crazy crowned field was hard to figure out.

I guess this is what too many years in the south Florida sun does to that allegedly superior Auburn education. Not only do their math skills go to shite, their understanding of history does also.

Or maybe it's just intellectual dishonesty for them to conveniently overlook the 1908-1947 period when the two teams didn't play and just automatically assume that Auburn would have magically held their own during that time period. Auburn had some pretty shitty football teams in that era. Yet somehow they managed to compile a very mediocre 57% winning percentage, while Alabama's was 77%. And while Auburn managed to actually have 23 winning seasons during that 40 year time period, they lost way more games than they won over the last 21 years of that period.

By the way...want to guess how many winning seasons Alabama had between 1908 and 1947?

All of them.
