Switch to video mode. Make sure I turn my phone sideways, then...

Get out of there before he dies... or worse, his a-hole turns inside out.

Seems like the type of weight that could frick up your knees. Why not just do squats, go low get a full range of motion, with perfect form. Have someone spot you and keep adding weight as long as you can do 4-6 deep perfectly controlled squats.

If he locks up that shite is over...and there will probably be literal shite all over too.

I'd go "look, another idiot at the gym", and go workout somewhere away from the scene of the injury.

Unstable weights placement crushes dumb show-off.

"I'm gonna kick the shite out of those two pricks."

After really looking at the pic my thoughts are "so what"? It looks like it is only 25 total plates (1,125 lbs). On a leg sled it is heavy but nothing I am overly impressed by. It is stupid/unsafe to to stack plates on top.

Get ready for about a one inch motion... Then he'll get up like he did something... Guys that load up the press and barely let it down are humorous..

1. Tell him that he's a moron.*
2. Get nowhere close to him as steroid puss is likely to shoot from his arms and legs in every direction.
*Under my breath while walking away.

I hate those idiots who do the 1 inch press! It's better to drop the weight down and get a full range of motion. I also am not a big fan of doing sets with less than 8 reps. I prefer to do 5 sets of 12-15 reps because it builds muscle while increasing muscle endurance.

He'll probably move it an inch then brag to his bros how much he leg pressed.

Theres at least two bull homos in that picture.

I went back and looked at the pic again after the bull homo comment and realized I missed 5 plates. So that is 30 plates so it is 1,350 lbs....which is definitely getting up there....if, and only if, he uses good form.

good form isn't hard on a leg press
