This is starting to get interesting. IHL just started meeting. Wonder if they will reconsider a horrible firing.

I hear UAB may have an opening and would likely want someone with experience in education and the medical field. Seems like a good match

I don't think any donor base should hold the university hostage, but it is what it is.

Ole Miss seems to be attracting better quality students, and they're throwing up new facilities left and right. I've always like colonel reb, but something had to give on that end. It was inevitable.

I don't know much about UMCC's situation, but it sounds like he handled it as well as possible. From an outsider letting him go seems a bit irrational and uncalled for.

The "elephant in the room" is that there wouldn't be so much outcry if he wasn't fresh out of chemo
